Welcome to Drosera, a cybersecurity platform owned and operated by ISECURION Technology and Consulting Private Limited (“Drosera”, “ISECURION”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, SaaS platform, APIs, managed services, customer portals, and cybersecurity simulation services, uding phishing simulation, command-and-control adversary emulation, reporting dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Authorized Access

You may access and use the Services only if you are legally authorized to do so on behalf of yourself or your organization. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Access credentials issued for the Platform are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized persons.

2. Permitted Use

The Services are provided strictly for lawful cybersecurity purposes, including security awareness validation, phishing simulation, authorized red-team exercises, adversary emulation, BAS workflows, and security control validation.

You may use the Platform only within systems, domains, applications, endpoints, networks, and user groups for which you have explicit written authorization, ownership, or lawful permission.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. This includes, without limitation, conducting phishing attacks against third parties without consent, deploying command-and-control infrastructure outside authorized environments, performing malicious exploitation, distributing malware, evading law enforcement, or using the Platform for offensive cyber operations against external organizations.

Any attempt to misuse the Services for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, credential theft, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Customer Responsibility and Authorization

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all campaigns, simulations, security exercises conducted through the Platform are fully authorized and compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, employment requirements, and contractual obligations.

You acknowledge that Drosera does not verify the scope of your internal authorization and relies on your representations regarding lawful use.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, tokens, and access mechanisms. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access, suspected compromise, or security incident involving your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including software, source code, designs, workflows, dashboards, content, documentation, trademarks, branding, and related intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of ISECURION Technology and Consulting Private Limited.

No rights are granted except as expressly provided under these Terms.

7. Data and Confidentiality

Customer data, simulation results, logs, reports, and uploaded artifacts remain the property of the customer, subject to our Privacy Policy and service agreements.

We will implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect customer information; however, customers remain responsible for ensuring the legality and accuracy of uploaded data and simulation targets.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable and secure access to the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security updates, emergency response, or legal compliance reasons.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe that the Services are being used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or authorized cybersecurity testing principles.

Termination does not limit our right to pursue legal remedies where misuse is identified.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISECURION Technology and Consulting Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services.

Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ISECURION Technology and Consulting Private Limited, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, unauthorized campaigns, unlawful security testing, or breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
